Lockheed Martin Quality Control Analyst Sr in Marietta, Georgia
Description: This position supports the swing shift F35 Marietta Center Wing Quality & Mission Success (Q&MS) team. The daily responsibilities include the following:
Providing mentorship and on-the-job training related to quality control methods, techniques and tools to the quality control workforce.
Collaborating with Quality Engineering on the root cause of defects and development of robust corrective actions.
Conducting surveillance audits for compliance to the F-35 Quality Management Plan
Developing and coordinating defect containment actions.
Coordinating government source inspection and safety of flight inspections with internal DCMA customer.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Technical experience with engineering specifications and drawings.
Experience utilizing precision measuring tools and inspection equipment.
Experience with Microsoft office tools.
3-5 years of experience reading and comprehending blueprints, engineering specifications and drawings, technical data and planning documents.
Experience developing charting, reading/writing technical documents and building presentations.
2 years of demonstrated success in communicating information in a clear, concise and data-driven manner to peers and leadership.
Working knowledge of PDM, QADS, VAS, and SFM systems.
Familiarity of Final Acceptance and Safety of Flight inspections on the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter or similar military fighter jets.
Experience with DCMA Customer integration and communication.
Excellent communication skills are desired.

Demonstrated ability to lead and run projects.
