The primary responsibility of the Multi-Function Information Systems Analyst is to perform IT support for the Lockheed Martin managed closed area networks. This professional will ensure that the Lockheed Martin networks and IT systems are managed, controlled, and compliant with the Joint Special Access Program Implementation Guide (JSIG) specifically the Risk Management Framework portion (RMF). This includes routine updates, major upgrades, and on-going maintenance and support to Microsoft Server domain controllers, print servers, Storage Area Networks (SAN), tape backup systems, and Windows 7 & Windows 10 Desktop infrastructure. The Multi-Function Information Systems Analyst will also work requests for IT assistance related to desktops/laptops, software and/or hardware problems, domain accounts and password issues.

The Multi-Function Information Systems Analyst assists users with resolving technical issues with applications, network connectivity and hardware. The team member will assist with Information Assurance tasks to include performing environment vulnerability scans, remediation of vulnerabilities by applying recommended patches provided by multiple vendors on server, desktop, laptop, printer, plotter, scanner, and removable storage device deployments.

They will ensure that all Lockheed Martin assets and software are properly accounted for, managed, and controlled. All work must be performed on-site, including some off-shift hours, weekends and occasional travel. The position also supports a 24 X 7 weekly on-call rotation schedule.

This professional utilizes troubleshooting skills to provide users timely and effective solutions to problems. They develop technical solutions to complex problems which require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity.

Possess an active DoD Secret security clearance, based upon a National Agency Check with Local Agency Check (NAC/LC) conducted within the last five years and access eligibility for Special Access Programs.

Subject to routine government security investigations and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information throughout their employment as required by the job.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

- Microsoft Server

- Microsoft Windows 10

- Ability to obtain Security+ (within 6 months of hire)

Must be able to obtain an active DoD Secret security clearance, based upon a National Agency Check with Local Agency Check (NAC/LC)

Must be able to obtain access to Special Access Programs.

Current Top Secret Clearance within a 5-year scope
