Lockheed Martin Logistics Coordinator in Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Description: Derco Aerospace, Inc., an industry-leading aerospace distributor of spares, components, and services, is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Logistics Assistant I who is looking for a challenging work environment. Selected individual will be responsible for generating necessary documents for domestic and international shipments as well as ensuring proper regulatory records are maintained.

The position requires relocation to Milwaukee, Wisconsin.Specific responsibilities include generation and review of shipment and delivery documents for both domestic and international shipments. These documents include but are not limited to packing lists, commercial invoices, shipper’s letters of instruction (SLI), DD250’s, and Derco internal shipment authorization forms.

All outbound shipments will require delivery documents that are created by the Logistics Clerk and an ability to prioritize and complete transactions throughout the day is necessary.

Candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper information is flowed to government websites including but not limited to WAWF/iRAPT and Automated Commercial Environment (ACE).

Other responsibilities include sorting and filing internal documents produced during the process, assisting customer service personnel understand and properly utilize INCOTERMS, as well as assist with external requests.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience with supplying/creating of shipping documentation for both domestic and export, with an emphasis on the export.
