Lockheed Martin Purch & Matl Adm Analyst in Moorestown Township, New Jersey

Description: The role will include expediting and receiving of IT hardware and software which could be up to 1,600 schedules per week. For Software, the tasks are to reach out to the individual suppliers to request the license information and work with the sites requestors and receiving to have these shown received given the fact that the majority of software licenses are sent electronically to the requestor. The role will require, from time-to-time working with red suppliers or trouble suppliers. These suppliers would show up in the Critical Item Tracking Tool and would require attention to move up a supplier delivery date of work with the supplier to insure the supplier meets in current promise date. Role may require participation in quarterly program reviews to provide program office status for critical suppliers.

Basic Qualifications:

In addition to the typical minimums detailed below, detailed working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required. Excel is the major communication tool of the Supplier Manager Team. Strong interpersonal skills are required for this position. Ability to work with the Buyers, NMAC Managers, Program Teams and Requestors, in a collaborative manner will be critical to the success of the selected candidate.

Desired Skills:

P2P System knowledge or an SAP based automated purchasing system will be very helpful in assimilating into this role. Other systems and tools that are used by the Supplier Managers and knowledge of will be very helpful are the P2P based Schedule Management Module (SMM) and Common Operating System (COS). Any background in purchasing/automated purchasing systems or generating requisitions in an automated system will be helpful.
