Description: Deputy Operations Lead providing direction/support across special programs manufacturing teams. Collaborate with Manufacturing Supervisors and Operations Leads to support all needs of the program, including prioritizing work, managing resources, addressing manufacturing challenges, presenting status to leadership, etc.

Must have good conflict resolution skills and the ability to build respectful working relationships. Motivational skills along with the ability to energize teams is considered a plus. Strong communication skills as candidate will be expected to present to all levels of the organization, including senior management. This position will be located at a facility that requires special access and requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen.

Desired Skills: Experience with project management.

Experience working in a union environment is a plus. Experience with Lean manufacturing techniques also a plus.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in related field is required.

Must have experience leading employee/team meetings. Excellent communication skills required.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Experience with MQS or other Ocala heritage systems.

Must have the ability to work 1st or 2nd shift.
