Lockheed Martin High School Student Tech in Oldsmar, Florida

This role will support the manufacturing supervision team with generating program status, developing manufacturing projects and participating in the operating excellence team (OET). The role will also be very involved with 6S (factory organization). The role will also require substantial interaction with assemblers/operators and engineering group. The position will be assigned a supervisor mentor for daily tasking.

Basic Qualifications Motivated and high performing with a willingness to learn and a good attitude. The student must have an interest in learning about an engineering discipline. Completion of 10th grade, GPA of 3.5 or above, Recommendation by math / science teacher / college counselor. Requires competency in Microsoft Office applications. Requires good communications skills and interest in science, technology, engineering or math
