Provide manufacturing engineering support to the return of manufactured goods for upgrade, rework, repair, or replacement of all Clearwater products (CCA's, Cables, Subassemblies)

Communicate and work with an integrated product team consisting of manufacturing and test engineers, assembly operators, test technicians, program managers, and supervisors to troubleshoot and disposition nonconforming product within the turnaround time required by the customer.

Develop rework instructions as required for aforementioned products.

Take manufacturing engineering responsibility for actions assigned by Operational Excellence teams. Research and implement Engineering Change Requests into both in and out of production products that are returned by the field sites or customers.Interface with technical counterparts in other organizations both within and outside RMS Clearwater Operations.

Basic Qualifications Experience in a technical engineering role supporting manufacturing.

Experience with developing Maintenance Work Instructions and Schedules

SMT knowledge of equipment and processes

Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with co-workers and customers from diverse backgrounds. Proven ability to effectively communicate through written and oral means, and to multitask by handling multiple assignments in parallel. Must possess mechanical and electrical aptitude, and the ability to quickly learn new software applications. Experienced user of Microsoft office software applications including MS Word, Project, Excel, Visio, and Power Point. Competence writing technical synopsis and delivering presentations as required. Willingness to work overtime and during off-days as required to support production operations.

Desired skills Familiarity with Solumina and Green Belt Certified
