Description: This position supports the Air to Ground Missile Program (AGMS) Production Senior Program Manager and other members of AGMS staff. Diversified responsibilities including, but not limited to:

*resolving priorities in a constantly changing, fast paced environment

*managing Outlook calendars, e-mail accounts, and conference rooms

*arranging international/domestic travel

*preparing expense reimbursements

*creating and updating presentations

*manage office supplies for program area

*coordination of international/domestic visitors

*other general office duties.

The person in this position is required to interface with all levels of internal/external management while balancing workload prioritization sometimes with short deadline turnarounds. The team member must work independently in preparing correspondence, letters and reports; provide administrative review of documents; use personal initiative to formalize processes and streamline operations; interact with all levels of customer, company and program personnel.

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum 1 - 3 years of prior relevant administrative experience.

Demonstrated excellent prioritization and organizational skills.

Excellent Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel skills.

Must possess excellent professionalism and interpersonal skills, project coordination experience and ability to work well with all levels of staff as well as external contacts.

Team player that can multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic, and demanding environment.

Ability to obtain a DOD Secret Clearance

Desired Skills:

Familiarity and understanding of Lockheed Martin company policies/procedures and expense reporting systems

Familiarity with Concur Travel System. Prior experience making travel arrangements (CONCUR), auditing travel expenses and credit cards, and processing expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.

Prior administrative experience in Aerospace & Defense industry or related business environment

Prior experience supporting executive level leadership in administrative role for multiple leaders

Experience making complicated multi-trip arrangement and international travel itineraries

Active Secret DOD clearance.
