This position supports the Sensors & Global Sustainment (S&GS) Advanced Programs Director and other members of Fire Control staff. Diversified responsibilities including but not limited to resolving priorities in a constantly changing, fast paced environment. Duties include managing Outlook calendars, e-mail accounts, conference rooms, and arranging international/domestic travel; preparing expense reimbursements, creating and updating presentations and other general office duties. Knowledge of international visitor processes. Interface with all levels of internal/external management while balancing workload prioritization sometimes with short deadline turnarounds. Work independently in preparing correspondence, letters and reports. Provide administrative review of documents. Use personal initiative to formalize processes and streamline operations. Interact with all levels of customer, company and program personnel. Manage office supplies for program area.

Basic Qualifications:

Previous experience in an administrative role supporting multiple leaders and a large (>200 people) program team.

Demonstrated excellent prioritization and organization skills, as well as a professional demeanor.

Excellent Word, Power Point and Excel skills.

Must possess excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience and ability to work well with all levels of staff as well as external contacts.

Team player that can multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic, and demanding environment.

Prior experience making travel arrangements, auditing travel expenses and credit cards, and processing expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.

Desired Skills:

Familiarity with Concur Travel System.

Experience making complicated multi-trip arrangement and international travel itineraries.
