Lockheed Martin Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) in Orlando, Florida

Description: The Enterprise Risk & Sustainability organization provides a governance and program structure to ensure the identification, evaluation, prioritization, mitigation, and monitoring of Lockheed Martin strategic, operational and compliance risks. The enterprise risk management program (ERM) facilitates the mitigation of adverse business impacts as well as assumptions and dependencies to achieving strategic objectives.

The ERM Governance Lead will help develop reports to senior management on prioritized risks and partner with functional and business segment leadership in the surveillance of risk mitigation treatments consistent with leading ERM frameworks. This role will also support the administration of the executive-level Risk and Compliance Committee on a quarterly basis, as well as contribute to multiple reports to senior management and the Board of Directors. The ERM Governance Lead is expected to have familiarity with an interdisciplinary set of key risk indicators and leverage internal and external risk tools to classify risk information. This position reports to the Senior Manager of ERM.

This position requires an individual who possesses excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and thrives in a dynamic and distributed work environment.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.

At least 5 years of professional experience

Successful candidate should be proficient in the use of MS Office and Sharepoint collaboration tools with experienced professional written and verbal communications skills. Basic understanding of database application tools. Ability to fulfill travel requirement at least once per quarter, or approximately 15%.

Desired Skills:

- Experience working and implementing key risk frameworks including COSO, ISO

- Strong knowledge of technology tools such as data visualization and database applications; and GRC software products

- Experience in audit, compliance, management consulting, process engineering, risk management, and/or strategic planning

- Familiarity with navigating a matrix environment including working effectively at all levels in the organization

- Possesses intellectual curiosity and strong work ethic with a commitment to continuous improvement

- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Power Point and Excel (knowledge of macros, pivot tables).
