Lockheed Martin Lead Project Engineer / Reliability / Maintainability / System Safety / Orlando, FL in Orlando, Florida
Description: The successful candidate shall be the primary Logistics and Sustainment Engineering representative for the LRASM Lot 4 product design and will lead the execution of the supportability program, including but not limited to ensuring design for sustainment via reliability and system safety analyses. Effort includes working directly with the system design and integration team to assess and specify testing that supports the required system performance for reliability. Responsible for Specialty Engineering disciplines (Maintainability, Built-In-Test, Reliability, and System Safety).
-Evaluate and document all maintenance tasks and design features.
-Develop/update the maintainability DRS and maintainability ANA
-Incorporate maintainability design features
-Develop/update the reliability DRS and reliability ANA
-Perform Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) analysis and part deratings
-Coordinate reliability testing and documentation of failures
-Develop overall BIT concept
-Develop/update the BIT DRS and BIT ANA
-Perform BIT analysis for detection and isolation
-Coordination of safety effort (Preliminary hazards, Safety DRS, SSP, HMMP, and SAR)
-Requirements and allocations for Maintainability, Reliability, and Built-In-Test. This includes MFC and supplier performance specifications.
-Understanding of system/engineering documents (Performance Spec, SOW, ICDs, SPS, Engineering drawings).
-Product support representative for all major reviews, IPT meetings, and scheduling.
-Coordination of Life Cycle Cost (LCC) analysis for operations and support cost modeling.

West Palm Beach is about 2.5 hours to the south and Jacksonville is about 2 hours to the northeast. Atlanta, GA is 6 hours to the northwest.
Desired Skills: -Prior experience on developmental and production MFC programs.
-Demonstrated ability of solving complex problems which require ingenuity and innovation.
-Previous technical leadership experience.
-Prior experience with the LRASM product and USN customers.
-Must be a US Citizen and hold an Active Department of Defense Secret Clearance.
-Working knowledge/familiarity with specialty engineering tasks such as:
1. Safety Hazard Analyses, including Fault Tree Analysis
2. Reliability predictions
3. FMECA and BIT effectivity analyses
4. Maintainability analyses
5. FRACAS process
-Previous experience supporting programs for military products.
-Possess strong computer skills, including in-depth knowledge of MS Office software.
-Possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
