Lockheed Martin Program Management / Subcontract Senior Manager - Orlando in Orlando, Florida

Description: Lockheed Martin is seeking a Program Management-Subcontract Senior Manager for a position in Orlando, FL. This position is responsible for managing all supply chain activity associated with the F35 Electro Optic Target System (EOTS). Responsibilities include:

Managing a team of 16 subcontract professionals responsible for managing a complex domestic and international supply chain of over 300 suppliers and budget responsibility in excess of $500M.

Regular interaction with Lockheed Martin and supplier executive management for development and execution of strategies that impact all phases of an Aerospace and Defense Program lifecycle (Development, Production and Sustainment).

Earned Value Management is a requirement for the supply chain content of the F35 EOTS program.

This position will require management of robust affordability plans to ensure program cost targets are met.

Desired Skills: Experience in managing domestic and international suppliers in both production and development program phases

Ability and experiencing managing suppliers of electro-optic targeting systems including complex optics, machined parts, lasers, mechanical and electrical assemblies

Effective presentation skills, a high level of professionalism

Ability to delegate tasks and hold team accountable to perform

Strong leadership, organizational, verbal and writing communications skills

Demonstrated ability to identify and mitigate complex supply chain risks


Must have ability to obtain Secret clearance

Experience in supply chain management across all phases of the program lifecycle (Capture, Development, Production, and Sustainment)

Proficiency in developing and managing labor budgets, and effectively managing a team of supply chain direct reports.

Must have prior Earned Value Management experience

Experience in managing and meeting aggressive affordability targets

High proficiency in Procure to Pay (P2P), Lockheed Martin Acquisition Procedures (LMAP) and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR /DFAR) with ability to train new employees
