Lockheed Martin Program Management -Subcontract Senior Manager / Supply Chain / Supplier Affordability / Earned Value Management / Orlando, FL in Orlando, Florida
Description: This position is responsible for managing all supply chain activity associated with the Sniper Advanced Targeting Pod, Infrared Search and Track and Low Altitude Navigation and Targeting Infrared for Night Programs. Responsibilities include:
Manage a team of 19-20 subcontract professionals responsible for managing a complex domestic and international supply chain of over 300 suppliers and budget responsibility in excess of $750M.
Regular interaction with Lockheed Martin and supplier executive management and development and execution of strategies that impact all phases of an Aerospace and Defense Program lifecycle (Development, Production and Sustainment).
Earned Value Management is a requirement for the supply chain content of the Infrared Search and Track Program.
Management of robust affordability plans to ensure program cost targets are met.
A significant amount of interfacing is required across the program and functional leadership team.
Desired Skills: Experience in managing domestic and international suppliers in both production and development program phases.
Possess ability and have experiencing managing suppliers of electro-optic targeting systems including complex optics, machined parts, lasers, mechanical and electrical assemblies.
Demonstrated ability to identify and mitigate complex supply chain risks.
High proficiency in Procure to Pay (P2P), Lockheed Martin Acquisition Procedures (LMAP) and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR /DFAR).
Ability to train new employees.
Must have ability to obtain Secret Clearance.
Experience in supply chain management across all phases of the program lifecycle (Capture, Development, Production, and Sustainment).
Proficiency in developing and managing labor budgets.
Experience in effectively managing a team of supply chain direct reports.
Prior Earned Value Management experience.
Experience managing and meeting aggressive affordability targets.
Effective presentation, verbal and writing communications skills.
A high level of professionalism and the ability to delegate tasks and hold team accountable to perform.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
