Description: Seeking an experienced RF Systems Engineer to support Program activities for RF hardware development, including requirements definition, design, analysis, and integration and test. These efforts will involve working closely with a team, including major subcontractors, on multiple components of an advanced cutting-edge subsystem. Working knowledge of radar system design is required, including understanding of performance drivers, test methodologies, and verification methods. The RF Systems Engineer will use this knowledge to ensure the hardware meets subsystem requirements and achieves successful follow-on integration into higher level assemblies and system-level tests.
RF sensor simulation experience is highly desired, including Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) testing.

This position requires a Secret clearance updated within the past 5 years.
Candidate must have experience with and the ability to perform the following Systems Radar Design and Analysis assignments:
Demonstrate a strong fundamental understanding of radar and RF systems and associated performance modeling.
Develop RF systems (radar related systems and subsystems) to include design, integration, test, and performance evaluation.
Coordinate vendors and other team members in development of passive/active RF sensor systems for test/evaluation.
Assist in the flow down of radar requirements to testable modular hardware and software.
Define requirements capability for Anti-Radiation Homing (ARH) or passive RF electronic surveillance (ES) hardware.
Demonstrate capability in ES/ARH systems engineering, algorithm development, and signal processing.
Demonstrate mastery of simulation and analysis tools. (MATLAB).
Demonstrate the ability and/or knowledge to develop threat models.
Support trade studies, presentations, proposals and related activities.
