This is a senior level, team lead cyber security position that requires a working knowledge of program security.

This position is located in Orlando, FL and will serve as the Security Operations Lead for security compliance of a very dynamic TS/SCI-cleared (Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information) program. The position will lead and support a team consisting of Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) and Contractor Special Security Officers (CSSO) positions. The individual will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight and execution of all program security compliance requirements per regulatory and customer needs. The Security Operations Lead will directly interface with program management, government customers, both internally and externally, to proactively position the security program to support evolving program needs and growth. The individual will be responsible for managing and maintaining all required security accreditations including the SCIF and information systems. Candidates must be knowledgeable and have a complete understanding of SCIF management/accreditation, information systems technology, and security principles to include Risk Management Framework (RMF). This is a high tempo, multi-tasking and demanding environment that requires customer service, communication and organizational skills.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Assesses and mitigates system security threats/risks throughout the program life cycle

* Implements and tests state-of-the-art secure operating systems, networks, and database solutions.

* Conducts risk assessments and provides recommendations for secure implementation and compliance in accordance with government regulations and information assurance/cyber security guidelines.

* Maintenance of the DD254, SCIF accreditation letter, and the Fixed Facility Checklist (FFC)

* Personnel security records, classified inventory, visits, and escorts

* Security education and training program for all program employees

Basic Qualifications:

Final in-scope Top Secret Clearance (This position requires applicants to have a final Top Secret security clearance with a background investigation performed within the last six years). Candidates must have a Top Secret clearance upon employment. This position also requires additional enhanced security review in accordance with Government contract requirements and it is a condition of employment that individuals hired into positions requiring program clearance obtain and maintain such clearance within sufficient time to allow Lockheed Martin meet its business needs.)

IAT Level III, IAM Level II, or IAM Level III certification required prior to applying

ISSM/IAM/IASAE related experience and working knowledge of program security

Desired Skills:

Prior experience as a CPSO, SSO or CSSO with in-depth working knowledge of CSSO responsibilities

Experience with managing all security compliance requirements of a large, dynamic SCIF operation from both physical and technical perspectives

Experience with the accreditation process of a SCIF to include new construction and associated Construction Security Plans
