Description: -Develop Interactive 3D training simulation suitable for classroom training for all disciplines with the Logistics and Sustainment Engineering Department.

-Interface with Subject Matter Experts from each discipline to develop in-house programs and practices to identify developmental.

-Develop interactive 3D Multi-media Instruction (IMI) to include illustrations, two dimensional graphics, 3D graphics, animations, photography, video, audio and text.

-Conducts classroom / practical instruction; may analyze current operating procedures and future operating requirements to identify training needs and develop training programs for key learning objectives.

-Performs validations and verifications of work products in accordance with customer requirements and corporate policy.

-Articulates SME data into training modules.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must be a US citizen and have the ability to obtain a secret clearance.

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university OR equivalent experience with combined education.

• Must have at least 7 years of professional experience.

• Must have sufficient knowledge of Instructional Systems Design (ISD) principles and experience with one or more of the following:

-Instructor Guides

-Student Guides

-Instructor-Led Training Packages

-Electronic Mediated Lecture (EML)

-Interactive Courseware (ICW)

-Supplemental Teaching Materials

-Procedural Job Aids

-Other multimedia training products

• Must have demonstrated skills and experience in developing training materials using Systematic Approach to Training / Instructional System Development (SAT / ISD) theory.

• Excellent written and oral communication is required

• Possess strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (SharePoint, Word, Excel, Adobe).

• Demonstrated experience giving formal presentations.

• Limited travel required.
