Lockheed Martin Software Configuration Manager / Aerospace / Orlando, FL in Orlando, Florida
Required to be a proven leader that will work proactively and drive the future with a large Configuration Data Management team. Will be responsible for leading a team and establishing processes for Change Board, Software and Hardware Configuration Control, Contract Data Requirements, Supplier Configuration Control and Supplier Data Requirements. In addition, the Manager will lead the Functional and Physical Configuration Audits. A strong understanding of analyzing proposed changes and the impact to the functional, allocate and product baseline to determine effect on overall product and system.. Reviews and analyzes released engineering change data and coordinates changes with engineering, quality, support, manufacturing, and engineering data control activities. Ensures that customer requirements are implemented and reviews change accounting activity to ensure compliance with configuration management policies. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee selection, training, performance assessment, work assignments, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

Basic Qualifications -Must possess an Active Department of Defense Secret Clearance with an investigation (or re-investigation) within 6 years. -Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university. -Overall knowledge and understanding of all aspects of Configuration and Data Management as it pertains to Department of Defense programs. -Possess leadership skills and is able to interface effectively with senior management, customers and other external representatives. -Able to speak authoritatively on establishing baseline configuration control through out the life cycle of a product. -Able to perform proposal activities.
