Description: Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control - Orlando is looking for creative, technically versatile software engineers eager to work in a diverse, dynamic engineering environment. We currently have a need for a software developer who will be responsible for the generation of planning modules in the mission planning software application. They will support various design reviews by creating material and presenting to stakeholders. The successful candidate will also be responsible for working within a software development team to create new planning modules along with effectively working as part of an integrated product team. The candidate will be required to participate in software code and documentation peer reviews. This position will potentially require some travel and integration at a remote customer site.

Basic Qualifications:

- Must have strong C/C++ skills

- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills

- Must have strong analytical/math background

-*SAR program, must have currently active secret clearance with a 5 year background check

Desired Skills:

- JMPS or similar mission planning system experience is a plus

- GNC software design knowledge desired

- Static code coverage analysis experience is desired

- Rhapsody or equivalent UML software design tool
