We are seeking a highly motivated Systems Engineer Staff member for an emerging advanced missile program to support a variety of program capture and program execution activities.

- Be responsible for leading the capture/execution of various program initiatives and act as systems engineering support for others, therefore the ability to multitask across multiple efforts is essential.
- Be the voice of Systems Engineering practices, processes, and design rigor within their assigned programs.
- Be able to lead teams and potentially operate as a Systems Engineering functional manager.
Selected candidate must have an active Secret clearance with an investigation within the past five years.

Where can you get to from Orlando? Orlando is about an hour's drive from Cocoa Beach and the "space coast" to include NASA and the Kennedy Space Center. Tampa is about 1.5 hours from Orlando. West Palm Beach is about 2.5 hours to the south and Jacksonville is about 2 hours to the northeast. Atlanta, GA is 6 hours to the northwest.
Experience with missile program development, proposal generation, trade studies and system concept development.
Demonstrated performance experience across a variety of Design Assurance, Mission Success, and Program Milestone reviews.
Experience leading a team in definition of achievable design characteristics for an objective system, synthesize design characteristics into an implemental system architecture, and flow system level requirements to testable structures and modular hardware and software using DOORS.
Perform trade studies and Risk and Opportunity Management analyses.Define and track Technical Performance Measures (TPM's).
Perform detail system verification activities including definition of verification methodology, including the conduct of a thorough functional configuration audit with verification evidence provided.
Must have an active Secret clearance with an investigation within the past five years.
IPT Leadership and systems design experience are highly desired. Supplier development leadership is also desired.
