Description: Overview: Partner with senior T&OC members to conducts needs analysis to identify causes to performance gaps and design solutions to performance problems. Applies knowledge of adult learning theory to design learning solutions for high impact, enterprise level projects. Work with senior T&OC member to design learning solutions and curriculum in various delivery modes (instructor-led, blended approaches, etc.) to address business/performance needs.Support instructor led (face-to-face and virtual) classes.

Instructional Design/Development

Partner with senior T&OC members to design innovative learning solutions (coaching, mentoring, knowledge transfer) in various delivery modes for clients across the enterprise at all levels of the organization that are practical for the business environment and drive performance improvement

Project Management

Support the development of initiatives within HR using project management techniques. Coordinate and participate in group discussions and team exercises.

Collaboration

Develop relationships within the function, as well as with business and HR leaders to identify and drive employee and leader performance improvement. Build personal and team credibility as a trusted business partner through a balance of business acumen, learning expertise, objectivity, and client relationship skills

Keep up-to-date and knowledgeable about available technology and tools; demonstrate applied knowledge of general aspects of HR systems and process

Basic Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience and capability in the following areas:

Project leadership

Project management experience

Intermediate or above proficiency using Microsoft Office & Related Products

(Word, PowerPoint, Project)

Completed or currently pursuing Bachelors or Masters in Human Resources or related discipline.

Desired Skills:

Adult Learning Theory Knowledge

Facilitation skills
