Description: Program Manager responsible for the Indian Navy (IN) Multi-Role Helicopter (MRH) MH-60R Program. This is a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program with the United States Navy/PMA-299 FMS and Domestic teams as the primary customer. Program execution will require coordination of efforts across the Stratford, Owego, Troy, and Clearwater sites, as well as RMS and Corporate entities. Understanding of, and coordination with, the LM export compliance function will be required given the FMS end customer, the associated foreign sourced Buyer Nominated Equipment (BNE), and offset obligations in India. Coordination with Capture Management and Business Development will be required to ensure a cohesive country approach across this program and the Naval Multi-Role Helicopter (NMRH) and Naval Utility Helicopter (NUH) pursuits. The Program Manager will be required to report program status to senior RMS Leadership and must possess strong interpersonal skills given the diversity of Customers, Leadership, and Teammates involved. Candidates must be cognizant of both the business and cultural aspects of working in the South Asian region and be willing to effectively perform in this environment.
