Description: The Skunk Works is looking for world-class talent in mission systems engineering to join the 75 year tradition of creating advanced aircraft.

The Avionics Systems Engineering Support comprises the full scope of work from solution analysis, technology development, engineering and manufacturing development, production and deployment, operations and support across the complete end-to-end system and across the complete life cycle.

Analyzes, models, and designs avionics systems, subsystems, and algorithms for flight controls, Vehicle Management Computers (VMC), data links, and command and control systems.

The candidate must be effective working in team environment environments. Strong verbal and writing skills are essential.

Must be a US Citizen. Position is located at a facility that requires special access. Selected applicant must have a Secret Security Clearance with an investigation within the last 5 years..

Desired Skills: Experience supporting Flight Test

Requirements Management experience

Demonstrated understanding of network data interfaces

Test and verification experience

Experienced working ICDs, Data bus interfaces, hardware/software integration

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated data analysis experience

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor or above in an Engineering Discipline, Math, Physics, or related STEM Degree

Experience in Avionics

Experience in Systems Integration

Experience in Computer Architecture

Experience in Hardware Design
