Lockheed Martin Completion Supervisor in Palmdale, California

Description: Leads Production Operations Represented employees to meet Quality, Cost, and Schedule commitments. Maintains accuracy of Aircraft records. Ensures employee training and certifications are current. Provides a safe work environment and takes immediate action to correct any unsafe conditions. Enforces importance and engaged in the following Policies: FOD, Housekeeping, Culture of Accountability, and 6S Standards. Interfaces daily with support organizations to ensure Program commitments are being met. Fosters a positive team environment and must be pro-active and self motivated. Must have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be willing to travel and/or work at remote locations as well as work extended shifts which may include weekends and holidays.

Desired Skills: Flight Test experience.

Experience with Flight Line Safety and Procedures.

Experience managing represented employees.

Familiar with DCMA policies and procedures.

Experience interfacing with Logistics organizations.


Minimum two (2) years flight line experience.

Experience with Aircraft Forms and Documentation.

Basic knowledge of Aircraft Systems.

Prior leadership experience.

Experience estimating modifications or repairs (cost & schedule), and manpower loading.
