Lockheed Martin Facilities Engineering Manager in Palmdale, California
Description: Ability to lead a diverse multi-disciplined team of Facilities Engineers, Project Planners, and Administrative personnel.
Oversee, manage and execute Facilities Engineering projects involving new construction, renovation, equipment, infrastructure, utilities, offices, labs, factory, grounds, flight line and paving from concept through commissioning.
Manage Capital and overhead budgets associated with Facility projects.
Interact effectively with other supporting organizations to establish/sustain relationships to ensure projects are executed within identified schedules, budgets and quality giving full consideration to lifecycle cost and maintainability.
MUST BE A US A CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
10 yrs experience in Facilities Engineering.
Experience in management or leadership roles.
Proficiency with automated Facilities management systems including MAXIMO, Project Wise, AutoCAD, SAP/One Aero.
Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Power Point, Project.
Demonstrated experience presenting to executive management.
