Lockheed Martin Flight Controls Engineer Senior/Advance Programs in Palmdale, California

Description: Lockheed Martin Advanced Development Program

This engineering position is with our Historic Skunk Works in Palmdale, California. Develop, analyze, integrate, and test flight control laws and embedded software for the Advanced Development Programs (ADP, Skunk Works) Flight Control and Vehicle Management Systems Integration team. Contribute to software requirements, design, code, reviews, and test of operational flight programs for novel air vehicles. Real-time simulation, subsystem control and modeling, and Control Law development. Good oral and written communication skills required as is the ability to flex and adapt in a fast-paced team environment. Selected applicant will be subjected to government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and special program clearances.

Must be a US Citizen this position is located at a facility that requires special access. Secret Clearance is required prior to start.

AEROADP

Desired Skills: Preferred 5+ years experience with Flight Control Systems.

Experience with C programming.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's or Above in Engineering Technical Discipline

Flight Control Systems experience

Experience with MATLAB OR Simulink.
