Description: The ADP human resources business partner will work closely with ADP executive leadership supporting the client group on a variety of strategic and business objectives. As a trusted advisor, the selected candidate will positively influence and impact the organization by building strong relationships and offering innovative solutions. With a comprehensive understanding of the Skunk Works' business strategy, the individual selected for this position will implement and execute human resources initiatives critical to business needs. This position will also serve as a Talent Champion who assists in identifying, developing and retaining talent that enhances team performance. This position is responsible for transforming core values into common practices at all levels of the organization, will effectively collaborate and partner with key stakeholders and will be recognized as the Culture Ambassador. -Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience
-A minimum of 6 years as a Human Resources Business Partner and/or Center of Excellence professional.
-Experience with HRIS Systems such as Peoplesoft, SAP, Workday, etc, with the ability to run reports and do analysis.
-Must be a US Citizen or legally authorized to work in US as a permanent resident. This position is located at a facility that requires special access
-8+ years of Human Resources experience
-Experienced in MS Office tools and resources, specifically Excel, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
-Green Belt/Continuous Improvement training; Project Management skills
-Proven ability to prepare and present Human Resources initiatives and programs to management and employees.
-Excellent Communication skills which include the ability to speak, write and listen in a manner that clarifies issues, promotes closure and delivers information in a clear and concise manner and facilitates good decision making.
-Candidate must also demonstrate good interpersonal skills and work effectively with all levels of leadership, employees and peers.
-Ability to maintain company and employee confidentiality and handle sensitive proprietary information in an appropriate manner.
-High level of energy needed for a fast paced environment where multiple initiatives are happening simultaneously.
