Lockheed Martin Production Operation Control Account Manager in Palmdale, California

Description: This position will be the Control Account Manager (CAM) for the F-35 CS&E production engineering group. Responsibilities include labor and material accounts related to major CS&E engineering changes, production tooling and travel. The position will be responsible for Cost, Schedule and Earned Value compliance for the related scope of work.

Updates cost and schedule performance metrics. Prepares monthly comprehensive Earned Value Management System (EVMS) presentations to include: detail cost and schedule variance analysis, definition of performance impacts, and corrective action efforts. Develop monthly and comprehensive EAC’s.

Responsible for Basis of Estimates used for proposal and negotiations. Develops budget baseline, control account/work package planning and maintains baseline change control.

Requires thorough understanding of Critical Path analysis for impacts/delays and mitigation plans.

**Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.**

**Must be able to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.**

Basic Qualifications:

• Understanding of CAM (Cost Account Manager) duties and responsibilities

• Background in Mathematics or accounting.

• Experience presenting at the executive level

• Experience with program scheduling

Desired Skills:

Formal CAM training or Certification.

• Experience with creating BOEs, EACs, CBAs, BLKRs and IWADs

• Familiar with F-35 Integrated Master Schedule

• Familiar with F-35 CS&E domestic and international operations

• Familiar with the F-35 CR and SCRs processes

• Proficient with tools such as EV Navigator and associated links

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
