Candidate will provide support for LMV group activities. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Working with LMV investment managers to source and manage investment opportunities consistent with the defined investment space

Managing the team’s customer relationship management (CRM) database efforts

Due diligence coordination and execution

Facilitating business relationships between portfolio companies and operating units

Creating business models and financial analyses of current and prospective investments

This position will be located in Palo Alto, CA

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a financial or business discipline or 1 year of professional experience in related coursework.

Knowledge of company capital and operating structures

Working knowledge of P&L statements, balance sheets

Experience with creating and analyzing corporate business plans

Technology and financial acumen

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications - Excel and Powerpoint

Desired Skills:

Minimum of 1 year of related work experience in Venture investing, lead development, corporate analytical methods, and/or project management

Master's degree

Effective verbal and written communication skills

MBA level coursework and/or BS or MS level coursework preferred in Science, Engineering or Technology discipline
