Lockheed Martin Multi-Functional Manufacturing Supervisor in Pinellas Park, Florida
Description: F-35 production supervisor creates a culture that promotes a process driven production floor, positive relations, safe working environment and drives continuous improvement as well as optimize production efficiency in all assembly areas. The candidate selected will be responsible for development, training, and coaching of employees, setting individual and team goals, and providing constructive feedback to employees. This position will be responsible for recording and monitoring employees’ attendance and scheduling employees during all shifts. Responsible for bi-annual performance evaluations. Responsible for cost, quality and schedule of the assemblies.
Desired Skills: Previous leadership experience, hands on knowledge of health and safety (OSHA, EPA, etc.) requirements, and aircraft build requirements.
Experience with AMS (Aero Manufacturing System).
Experience with a startup program.
Green Belt Certified.
General knowledge regarding eddie bolt installation and tooling.
Experience with Solumina EWI.
An understanding of cost control and tracking processes; Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
Understand Lean Manufacturing Practices and 6S Standards.
- Assembly experience: coatings, refurbishment, drilling, assembly or sealing
- Experience using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
