Lockheed Martin Subcontract Administrator in Pinellas Park, Florida

Description: Maintain, expedite and enforce supplier commitments on procurement subcontracts, long term agreements, and complex purchase orders for raw materials, aircraft components, manufacturing tools, equipment, and various support products and services in a government-audited procurement environment. Work with multiple departments to resolve cost, schedule, quality assurance, tooling and various technical issues with suppliers, customers, and other Lockheed Martin business units. Produce and present status reports to management. Develop and compete complex solicitations for aircraft products and services for multiple programs, manufacturing equipment and support agreements, and various subcontracts to support the facility. Maintain compliant subcontract and purchasing records. Various support duties as required.

Basic Qualifications:

Experience or knowledge of subcontract agreements and complex procurements in an approved purchasing system, material resource planning or equivalent inventory demand system, application of quality assurance standards, office software proficiency and records maintenance.

Desired Skills:

Experience maintaining complex purchasing agreements in a manufacturing environment, ideally in the aerospace industry using MRP/ERP software. Imposing and ensuring that purchased products meet AS9100 quality requirements. Maintaining practices and records in accordance with Federal Acquisition Requirements subject to government audit. Experience with capital purchasing, ESH requirements, adapting subcontract templates, and appropriate use of blanket purchase orders is desired. Microsoft excel proficiency is highly desired.
