Description: Assistant Program Manager for an In-Service Support type contract. Responsible for day to day management and business rhythm of the program. Responsible for all aspects program execution including budget planning, Earned Value Management (EVM), Risk & Opportunity Management, product modernization, procurement, manufacturing, integration and verification testing, product delivery, and field support. Extensive interfacing with customers, team mates and support teams will also be required.
Experience with Remotely Operated Underwater Vehicles including all aspects associated with operation, maintenance, and integration onto operational platforms. Program/Project management of budget, schedule and technical performance. Demonstrated leadership skills and experience.
Knowledge of naval vessel operations, and training. Effective proposal, product development, research and analysis, production activities, report writing, and training capabilities. Excellent communication skills. Strong Earned Value Management skills.
