Lockheed Martin Fleet Support Representative in San Diego, California
Description: This is a Fleet Support Representative (FSR) role at Naval Air Station - North Island in San Diego CA supporting the MH60 Seahawk Performance Based Logistics contract. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and support the PBL by optimizing O-Level, I-Level and D-Level maintenance effectiveness that will improve overall US Navy Fleet Readiness. This position is on-site with the US Navy customer at the NASNI in Southern CA and will be required to interact on a daily basis with personnel from US Navy Fleet O-level, I-level and D-level Maintenance in addition to LM and OEM cognizant engineering organizations for various Avionics subsystems such as Flight Controls and Displays, Radar, ESM, and Dipping Sonar on the MH-60 Romeo and Sierra Platforms supported by the Seahawk PBL.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to work unsupervised towards program goals.
Candidate must have Secret Security Clearance.
Excellent Customer interaction and problem/incident management skills.
Ability to quickly assess technical situations, troubleshoot and develop solutions or reach out to remote SMEs for assistance.
Experience working individually and with a small team at a customer location.
Ability to travel to other US Navy Fleet Locations (Jacksonville, Mayport, Norfolk, Hawaii, Japan) occasionally to disseminate the latest troubleshooting procedures to US Navy and LM FSRs.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule aligned to customer operational needs.
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years of professional experience.
US Navy Aviation Maintenance Concept familiarity
MH-60 Romeo and Sierra Avionics (including Dipping Sonar) familiarity
US Navy CASS tester experience/knowledge.
