Lockheed Martin Subcontract Administrator in Shelton, Connecticut
Description: Administer the Aselsan (Turkey) sub-contract including all aspects of cost, quality, and delivery in support of the operational and strategic program objectives of the Turkish Utility Helicopter Program (TUHP). Ensure flawless sub-contact and prime contract execution of Aselsan’s development of the Integrated Modular Avionic System including hardware and software development, product qualification, data delivery and hardware delivery. As part of the Integrated Product Team ensure supplier performs in accordance with purchase order terms, technical specifications, delivery schedule, etc. Manage critical, time-sensitive and complex issues including: proposal evaluations, contract documentation and purchase order modifications. Monitor performance & milestones and participate in Program Design Reviews. Interface with and support all departments within the TUHP licensing effort including Industrialization, Manufacturing Transitions, Kits and Training. Manage the import and export of technical data, hardware, software, and qualification artifacts in full compliance with export license regulations.
Desired Skills: Supply chain management or related aerospace procurement experience preferred.
A thorough understanding of Business Ethics and Codes of Conduct.
International Trade Compliance experience a plus.
