In this position, you will support multiple National Programs and will serve as the programs Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM). The ISSM will work with and assist the day to day activities of the Information System Security Officers monitoring tasks on assigned information systems utilizing Intelligence Community Directive (ICD)-503, company security documentation and other related security documents. This position will oversee system certification documentation, develop and implement risk mitigation strategies for complex systems supporting the intelligence community. You'll provide guidance to internal LM and Government customers, ensure customer, self-inspection and system reviews are conducted on assigned systems. Therefore, it is imperative you are knowledgeable of information technology security principles. This is a multi-tasking environment that demands customer service, communication, and organizational skills. Mission requirements may require other than first-shift work.

You will typically have 9+ years of professional experience for this role.

A TS/SCI is required to start.

Basic Qualifications:

SCI Clearance required to start.

Experience with Intelligence Community Directive (ICD)-503, Risk Management Framework (RMF) and/or other national directives.

Prior Information System Security Manager (ISSM) or Information System Security Officer (ISSO) experience.

Current DoD 8570 certification (minimum of Security+) or equivalent

experience with XACTA.

Must possess strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills.

Must be detail oriented, well organized and able to multi-task in a high stress environment.

Must possess the ability to work with multiple customers, and must be able to build and maintain effective team and customer relationships.

Knowledge of Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), classified computer operations and experience with the technical configuration requirements for various operating systems.
