Printed Board/ Card Assembly (/CCA) Design Engineer for Lockheed Martin ; /CCA group. designs range from 2 layer quick turn test boards to qualified layer count rigid/flex backplanes with blind/buried/micro vias.
The Design Engineer, , CCA will primarily be responsible printed board layout/routing, drawing creation and release. The position commands great interpersonal communication skills to work with electrical and mechanical engineers, and with manufacturing personnel throughout the process of design to delivery.
Primary development tool is CR-8000. Seconday RFdesign tool is Altium. Other tool usage for integrity, documentation control and inspection, and regular MS-Office tools will be necessary as well.

Demonstrated or design cycle experience.
Basic knowledge of or design and fabrication as documented in industry standards.

-Experience with layout and routing in CR-8000
-Experience using Altium
-Experience with Downstream Blueprint for fabrication and assembly drawing creation.

-IPC CID certification and familiarity with IPC-2221/2222 and IPC-6012.

- Experience with schematic capture, layout and routing, assembly drawing creation and processing design packages through final release.
-Basic understanding of electrical engineering concepts as applied to /CCA design and assembly.
