As a Proposal Analyst Sr, you will drive proposal

development through cost volume leadership of

THAAD and Missile Defense programs. The

expectation is that the candidate will provide

estimating support, analysis and proposal generation

from RFP through definitization and execution handoff.

You will work directly with New Business,

Business Development, Contracts, Finance and

Engineering to provide estimating leadership and

support, analysis and proposal generation from RFP

through definitization and execution hand-off. Efforts

will range in size, complexity and scope.

This position includes performing as the cost volume

lead for moderately complex and dynamic proposals

and estimating support for major proposals. You will

be responsible for developing FAR/TINA/CAS

compliant proposal estimates and supporting

customer audits, fact-finding and negotiations;

interfacing with program teams, all levels of management, and government program office

counterparts; preparing briefing materials and

presenting estimating work products; contributing to

team work processes, training materials and

continuous improvement efforts.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a

related discipline.

Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, especially MS

Excel spreadsheets and MS Word.

Desired Skills:

Experience with Gen BOE.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Ability to work in a dynamic team environment.

High attention to detail and ability to work with a

large volume of data.

Prior Lockheed Martin and/or U.S. Government

proposal experience highly desired.

Knowledge of FAR/DFARS.
