Demand Analysis Planner - International Forward Stocking Locations
•Basic forecast reviews and material parts planning
•Creation and maintenance of STO (Stock Transfer Orders)
•Creation and maintenance or PR’s to replenish inventory
•Responsible for the creation, maintenance, and integrity of Material Master records in SAP is 25% of position
•Responsible for creating, updating and maintaining metrics within the department to show progress of FSL planning
•Maintain Material Master Reorder points and Reorder quantities, working with Forecasting team.
•Review outstanding reservations for transferring material
•Insure FSL parts are planning properly
•Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools is required
•Strong Excel experience in creation and maintenance of reports using pivot tables, v look-ups and formulas.
•Candidates will be interacting with all levels within the organization and must have strong organizational, communication both verbal and written skills.
•Inventory/Part planning analytical skills is strongly required.
Desired Skills: Advanced Logistics Knowledge is Desired
2-5 years Material planning, Material Master.
Must have experience with SAP / MRP systems.
SAP knowledge, ability to work independently and across multiple functions (Sales, finance, decision support).
Work collaboratively with report designers to endure reports are effective, useful, and efficient for planning. Basic logistics knowledge as this position will plan materials across multiple international locations as well domestically to support a global aviation fleet.
