Lockheed Martin Aftermarket Parts Sales Rep in Woodland, Washington
Description: Provide spares and after-market sales support to clients for all product lines. Develop best-in-class industry parts sales methods and a proactive sales approach in support of the sales and marketing team. Position provides support to the Sales team and Customer Service team while facilitating direct sales via telemarketing and internet sales channels. Position entails, but is not limited to: Creating Quotes & Sales Orders, Delivery Assurance, Customer Follow Up and Correspondence, Tracking Shipments, Scanning and Filing of Associated Documentation, and Customer Data Card Maintenance.
Desired Skills: Working knowledge or ERP (Economic Resource Planning) system.
Clear written and oral communication skills.
Able to manage difficult customer situations.
Able to work alone or in a team environment.
BA/BS degree with a minimum of 2-4 years experience, or equivalent experience/combined education; or 8 years in production, customer service or delivery assurance of company products and parts.
